What it costs, how long it takes, and where you can collect instead.
How it works
Your basket is split by shop, because each seller packs and sends their own parcel. That means two items from two shops arrive separately, and each is priced on its own weight and distance. Checkout shows you every line before you pay — there is no delivery cost added afterwards.
The window you are quoted is the seller's packing time plus the carrier's transit time. A shop that packs within a day and a courier that takes two is quoted as three, not two.

Usually the cheapest option, and often the most reliable outside the big towns. Bring your order code and the phone you paid from.
Common questions
Why is delivery charged twice on my order?
Because two different shops are sending you two different parcels. Each is packed and carried separately, so each is priced separately. Buying more from one shop is usually cheaper than the same spend across two.
Nobody called and it says delivered
Do not confirm receipt. Open the order and use "Something is wrong" — your money is still held by LiveSoko and stays held until this is sorted out.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Before the seller packs it, yes — contact support with your order code. Once it is with a rider it cannot be redirected.
How long do I have to collect from a pickup point?
Seven days. After that the parcel goes back to the seller and you are refunded minus the return leg.
Do you deliver outside Kenya?
Not yet. The counties listed above are everywhere we currently reach.
